I understand my feedback on the Negotiation Skills training is many weeks late, but better late than never!

I know you are fully aware of the high quality of the training provided by AAA – otherwise you wouldn’t have hired them! –, but still I would like to tell you how enjoyable and productive the course has been for me. I had heard very positive comments from my colleagues (who were at the Presentation Skills training last year), and even with already high expectations I was still positively surprised. Barbara is an excellent instructor and managed the miracle of having all the participants fully engaged during all the 2.5 days of training – and you know how this is difficult to achieve with our colleagues! The whole training was very dynamic, a lot was covered and the improvement in the negotiation skills of all participants was remarkable at the end of the training.

Also, I would like to share with you something that I told both Barbara and Stephanie, and that will probably please you as well. As I said, two of my colleagues were in the Presentation Skills sessions of last year. I have not been to any presentations that they have made since then, but I was able to notice the impact of this course elsewhere: the reports helped them to write much better reports, better structured, with clearer messages. One of them – who always struggled in structuring texts – has just been praised by clients for a very clear and well-structured report she wrote on economic growth prospects.

I know that training decisions have a lot of factors involved, but I hope that receiving this feedback will help you build the case for bringing Barbara and Stephanie to train more of our colleagues!
